Credit cards are required to reserve appointments.
Reservations can be made online, through text, or over the phone.

Intake forms are required for 1st Time Clients (forms are filled out online)

24 hours notice for cancellation or if you need to reschedule appointments.
100% charge for NO SHOW

50% charge for late cancellations

(**reminders are sent 1 day prior to appointments by text)

Text when you arrive.  Have a seat in the lobby and your esthetician will come get you when it's time for your service.

I will do my best to accommodate you either by shortening your service or pushing it to a later time that same day. If neither option is available you will still get charged but have an option to receive the service same week if time permits.
